Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the WeJob platform (website, application, AI services, and messaging). By creating an account or using our services (candidates, companies, visitors), you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
1. Changes to the terms
How contractual changes are handled.
We may update the terms. In the event of a substantial change, we will inform users through an appropriate channel (interface, email). Continued use of the services after notification means acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Who can use WeJob
Eligibility conditions for accounts.

4. Account creation and management
Your obligations during registration and use.
Information must be accurate and kept up to date, identifiers are personal, and you are responsible for activity linked to the account. For company accounts, the representative warrants that they have the required authority, and the company remains responsible for the actions of its internal users.
5. Pricing and billing

6. Billing and retention
Legal retention of accounting documents.
Accounting records and invoices are retained for the Swiss legal periods (generally 10 years). Disputes or legal obligations may require longer retention.
7. Rules of use, reports, and prohibited content

8. Intellectual property

9. Availability, maintenance, and force majeure
Service limits and force majeure events.
We make efforts to ensure availability, without guaranteeing continuous access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, incidents, third-party outages (cloud, payment, AI), cyberattacks, or force majeure. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, the service may be suspended without liability.
10. Personal data and cookies
Reference to the privacy policy.
Processing of personal data (account, matching, fraud prevention, application follow-up, AI limits, statistics) is described in our privacy policy (view). Cookies/technical identifiers are used for functional and security/anti-abuse needs, or on the basis of consent where required.
11. Security
Protections and best practices.
Technical and organizational measures (TLS, access control, logging, backups). Protect your credentials, use strong passwords, and activate available protections (e.g. enhanced authentication).
12. Electronic evidence
Evidentiary value of logs.
The parties accept the evidentiary value of electronic data (logs, timestamps, activity records, message histories) generated and retained by WeJob, subject to proof to the contrary.
13. Liability
Limits and legal framework.
To the extent permitted by art. 100 CO and mandatory provisions: limitation to proven direct damages (excluding intentional misconduct/fraud), no exclusion for gross negligence but a limit proportionate to the value of the service, liability for auxiliaries (art. 101 CO) under the same limits, exclusion of indirect/consequential damages (loss of profit, data, opportunities), and user liability for their content and account use.
14. Suspension and termination
Terms and effects.
The user may close the account at any time. Suspension or termination may occur in case of breach, fraud, abuse, or legal requirement. Effects: subscriptions remain due until expiry unless stated otherwise; account closure; possible retention of certain data for legal obligations (billing, evidence); survival of intellectual property, liability, governing law/forum, and evidence clauses.
15. Swiss compliance, AI, and reference language
