Summary

We are looking for an experimented Product Owner (SCRUM) with strong sales and technical skills, ready to join a young, dynamic and hard-working team and eager to drive our growth in Romandie. Apptitude is aiming for a minimum 20% growth yearly for the next 5 years by reinforcing, developing and maintaining large accounts. The average project size has reach over 300 man.days in average and Apptitude is seeking for experimented talents in team leadership and business development to drive this vision forward.

 

Role/Responsibilities

  • Meet customer and represent the company publicly
  • Analyse customer needs and develop strong value propositions
  • Participate to innovation workshops and strive to create value for the customer
  • Translate user needs to technical requirements (write User Stories)
  • Translate business objectives to digital product roadmap
  • Identify sales opportunity, upselling and cross selling
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams in order to understand and improve the services
  • Support development teams by efficiently prioritising the backlog
  • Reporting sales on a regular basis

Votre profil

Required qualifications

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management (tailor-made software) or similar
  • Significative experience with SCRUM Teams (Ideally with certification PSPO I or II)
  • Degree, bachelor or master, in engineering, ideally software / IT
  • Fluency in oral and written French and English is a must.
  • Additional language skills including German is highly desired.
  • Proven track record as a PO
  • Experience with solution selling (not fixed-price)
  • Experience with Medical Device Software a plus
