Around 200 experts in strategy, creation and development working in an agile way in self-organised teams using Holacracy. A day as a Moodle Support Operator

  • You appreciate to work in a collaborative and agile environment
  • You enjoy communicating with our clients and provide Moodle support
  • You solve issues in test and production environments, in close collaboration with your team and customers
  • You actively report Moodle and plugin bugs to respective development teams, and follow them through to resolution
  • You enjoy working on e-learning topics

Votre profil

  • You interact with complex systems’ web interfaces, such as Moodle’s
  • You have basic programming and investigative debugging knowledge (in PHP f.e.)
  • You have experience as a Moodle administrator or as a Moodle teacher
  • You are at ease with a Linux terminal (navigation, SSH, files’ editing) 
  • You speak English and either French or German

  • You evolve the scrum process used by our team and the agency. 
  • You organise scrum meetings for the team and our customers with passion
  • You are coaching employees and customers in the scrum process
  • You clear obstacles and unburden your team
  • You gently but firmly present the agile path to customers and employees

Votre profil

  • You are an experienced scrum master and have been part of challenging projects
  • You stay calm and enjoy supporting colleagues and customers
  • You understand agile trends and are happy to take on responsibility
  • You speak French and English.

A day as a Django Developer

  • You work in a collaborative, agile environment, developing custom apps based on Django and Vue together with UI/UX Designers and Frontend Developers
  • You propose pragmatic solutions to clients and work on continuous improvement in all aspects of the development cycle
  • You write integration tests to provide a high technical quality
  • You are keen on improving your qualifications through continuous training, internal hackdays and techtalks.

Votre profil

  • You have experience with Python, Django and their ecosystem
  • You are interested in leading projects and making technical decisions together with your peers
  • You are used to working with a source code management tool (such as Git) in a team
  • You ideally have a good understanding of agile methods (Scrum)
  • You speak French and English.
