• Play an active role in the company’s IoT product strategy
• Draft and execute on the plan regarding AELER’s IoT product and industrial roadmap
• Look after AELER’s IoT team
• Propose budget & resources allocation
• Liaise with the business and operational teams to ensure the product exceeds AELER customer’s expectations
• Coordinate company IoT training programs

Votre profil

Experience - Crucial

• Successfully led the product release and industrialization of a complex IoT device and managed its development team.
• Strong experience in IoT product management (Withings, Garmin, Apple, Samsung, ABB, Bosch, ...)
• Product oriented mindset, focused on time to market optimization
• Excellent leadership skills, able to communicate in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in english

Experience - Optional

• Technical background, master degree in an engineering field
• Well established industrial network
• Expertise in FreeRTOS, Mbed Linux, low and ultra-low power IoT devices (sleep and deep sleep mode)

Responsibilities: As part of the Digital Team, you’ll be...

• Responsible for the smooth operation for the IT department
• Onboarding-offboarding of new team member, for all locations
• Implementing an access register and management system at Aeler automating access granting and removal processes where possible
• Creating an Aeler Security Policy (equipment usage, data protection practices etc.)
• Implementing an incident escalation process
• Doing trainings for the whole team, support in case of problems
• Keeping our working environment safe by monitoring potential threats

Experience: To flourish in this role, you’ll need...

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English
• ISO 27001
• Meticulous & organized.
• Experience in audit
• Linux
