Votre mission

Le gestionnaire de projet est responsable de la coordination des personnes et des processus afin de s’assurer que les projets, sous sa responsabilité, sont livrés à temps pour produire les résultats souhaités dans le respect des délais et des budgets en place.

Vos responsabilités

Responsabilité de projet :

  • Élaboration du plan, incluant la planification, la définition des livrables et le budget du projet ;
  • Proposition de solutions par l’intégration de nouvelles solutions, l’adaptation de solutions existantes ou la modification de processus ;
  • Définition du besoin en collaboration étroite avec les parties prenantes du projet ;
  • Reporting d’avancement régulier envers la hiérarchie ; 
  • Analyse des risques, actions proactives et communication envers les parties prenantes et sa hiérarchie ;
  • Garant de la qualité et de la disponibilité des cahiers des charges et des spécifications détaillées.

Déploiement du projet et mise en œuvre des actions d'accompagnement des utilisateurs :

  • Supervision du déploiement de la nouvelle solution ou du nouveau service ;
  • Organisation du support après mise en production ;
  • Coordination des phases d'approbation du projet (formation, changements organisationnels, support, etc.).

Conduite du projet sur le terrain :

  • Coordination et animation de l'équipe de projet ;
  • Elaboration et mise à jour de tous les documents de suivi ;
  • Chargé du reporting de projet auprès des parties prenantes (Comité de Pilotage).

Votre profil

Prérequis et personnalité

  • Diplôme supérieur en informatique ou équivalent ;
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets informatiques ;
  • Habilité démontrée à traiter des sujets hétérogènes relatifs au Digital ;
  • Bon esprit d’équipe, autonome, forte orientation service et qualité, ainsi qu’une très bonne aisance relationnelle.
  • De langue maternelle française, vous parlez couramment l’anglais ;

We are currently looking for the following profile:

 

  • IDP/CRM Product Owner
  • Agility expert
  • 7+ experience (no junior please)
  • Particular focus on CRM and IDP deep knowledge.
  • Locally based if possible for onsite activities.

 

The IDP/CRM product owner leads a team of experienced software engineers, a solution architect, a data specialist and a designer, responsible for the integration and extension of the client marketing tech stack.

 

Responsibilities 

● Gather, process & prioritize requirements from stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, ICT, Ticketing, ...) 

● Translate business and technical requirements into user stories and development tasks together with the solution architect, engineering team and designer (product team) 

○ Own the roadmap (Jira/Product Plan) 

○ Own the product & sprint backlog (Jira) 

● Lead the product team 

○ Provide business & product context as well as timelines & priorities 

○ Detect and monitor potential dependencies to/from other teams 

○ Lead agile sprint ceremonies (Stand-up, Grooming, Demo, Retro, Planning) together with the scrum master 

○ Be a sparrings partner for the UX/UI designer and the solution architect 

● Monitor high-level stats (e.g. total users, subscribers/opt-ins, conversion rate ...) 

● Occasionally engage with suppliers and vendors to discuss requirements or support issues (e.g. Trakken, 2Circles. SAP, Selligent, BlueConic, UI Centric) 

● Maintain and expand documentation on the Wiki (Confluence)

Position summary
Working with our innovative IoT Lab team in charge of our next generation of connected products and services, the product owner will establish and communicate the IoT strategy for the Business Unit Web Fed. He will also define the roadmap through the backlog (contents and priorities) and align R&D teams on data structure and content.
The product Owner will report to the Head of Product Marketing, Business Unit Web-fed. He will be located in Mex (Switzerland) or San Giorgio (Italy) and will have frequent travels (Switzerland, Italy, Germany and UK).


Main Responsibilities 

  • Establish with stakeholders an IoT vision & strategy for BU Web Fed
  • Collaborate with the Head of IoT Lab and IoT Product Owners of other BUs to build a coherent roadmap for the IoT project.
  • Collaborate in defining business models and ROI.
  • Understand and translate the customers’ needs/expectations into a backlog, understandable by the development team.
  • Organize alignment of the IoT strategy within the multiple product lines of the BU.
  • Follow the proper execution of the IoT roadmap by the BU R&D product lines and the IoTLab (Group level R&D).
  • Communicate to stakeholders from BU on IoT project.

Responsibilities

  • Expérience avec HP ALM et / ou X-RAY dans l’organisation de tests automatisés et manuels, et dans la génération de rapports
  • 3 ans d’expérience dans la conduite de stratégies de test de projets E2E (diversité d’environnements de test, données de test, tests d’intégration critiques, tests basés sur les risques)
  • 5 ans d’expérience dans la définition de stratégies de test au niveau produit
